Bookkeeping support across the UK

Business bookkeeping, with a clearer picture of your finances.

Running a business is easier when your records are up to date. Bee Accountant helps businesses of all sizes organise income and expenses, reconcile accounts and understand their numbers, from sole traders and freelancers to established companies.

Regular support

What can monthly bookkeeping include?

The right package depends on your transaction volume, accounts and reporting needs. We agree the work before starting, so you know what is included.

Income and expense records

Keep sales, purchases and business expenses organised so your books reflect what has happened in the business. Consistent records make it easier to investigate questions and prepare information for your accountant.

Bank reconciliation

Match transactions in your books to your bank accounts. Reconciliation helps identify missing entries, duplicates and differences that can distort your financial picture.

Monthly reporting

Use a regular overview to understand income, costs and business performance. More detailed reporting is available within the agreed package, giving you information you can use when making decisions.

VAT support

Get help organising VAT-related records and working through your bookkeeping processes. VAT support is included in the Build plan; the exact responsibilities and deadlines are agreed in your engagement.

A package that fits

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Bee Accountant’s monthly support starts with three options. These are starting prices, with a fixed quote provided after a review of the work.

Launch — from £60

For startups and freelancers who need bookkeeping for one bank account, a monthly overview and email support.

Build — from £130

For growing businesses. Includes the Launch support plus multiple accounts, VAT support and monthly reporting.

Grow — custom quote

For established businesses with more specific needs. Tailored bookkeeping, reporting and process optimisation are scoped around your business.

Transaction volume, complexity and the condition of your records affect the fee. See the current bookkeeping plans or request a quote for your circumstances.

Catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping

Behind on your books? Start with a clean foundation.

Overdue bookkeeping can make it hard to tell which numbers you can trust. A one-off review and clean-up can bring records up to date, investigate errors, identify missing information and reconcile your accounts.

Catch-up and clean-up work starts from £110. To scope the work, share which periods need attention, the accounting software you use and what bank statements, invoices and receipts are available. The quote depends on the amount and complexity of the work.

Working together

How to get started.

  1. Tell us about your business

Share your business type, software, number of accounts and an indication of monthly transactions. Let us know whether you need ongoing support or help with past records.

  2. Review the work and agree a quote

We review your needs and agree the scope, fees and responsibilities in writing. This sets a clear starting point for the bookkeeping work.

  3. Build a consistent routine

Agree how records will be shared and what support you need. A regular process helps keep the books organised as your business changes.
